Dazzle DVC incompatiable with Intel Win Xp pack 2 is there a fix?

Here is my real question and I get a page full of automated BS. Can't Dazzel stand behind there product!

Hi I bought Dazzle Digital Video creator 80 about 8 months back and I finnallt tried to install it into my P4 Win xp Pack 2 I can't get past the quick start first opening then a message error comes up "warning Windows Xp Pack 1 is not installed on your PC" contact windows for updates. So I downloaded pack 1 but my PC won't take it because it is a pack 2? The pc is not near a web connection because I do audio recording and have it wired up with alot of in's and out's. There has to be a fix download for this problem. There's alot of people on the web complaining but I couldn't find a fix.
