Dazzle 90 Problems

I bought Dazzle 90 a few days ago knowing the requirments it needed. My computer is a Windows XP with all the requirements except for 2.0 usb ports. So I went and bought a pci card with high speed usb ports and put it into my computer. I then installed the pinnacle software (studio 9) and even upgraded it as well.

I was going to use Dazzle to record videos of Halo 2 through my tv. So I connected an S-vdeo cord to the back of my tv and then to the card, and I I pluged its usb cord into my new high speed ports on my computer. Everything seemed to be in order except when i go to capture video nothing comes up in the preview screen. It says its capturing yet its just a black screen with what seems to be static. It also doesnt have any audio either and ive also tried composite cords as well.

So can someone plz help me.
