Greetings, I am having difficulties trying to use my dazzle to convert analog film to digital onto my Mac OS X 10.4.2. Does the Dazzle Hollywood DVBridge work on a Mac OS X 10.4.2?

I want to do a batch capture using Final Cut Pro and I'm not succeeding. I'm thinking that maybe my system isn't compatible with my Dazzle. Anyone out there know? Or could it be I'm not plugging the cables into the correct places?

I have a Dazzel DVC-100 and I'm trying to capture a Colour NTSC Video from my Video player which can play both Pal and NTSC. If I use the Instant recorder software and the video player connected via either S-Video or composite, I get the sound and Picture but the Picture is in Black and White.

Well, here's your last chance to cough up some of this stuff from the archives. I have an XP unit at home as well as two custom Linux units and I'm sure I can do the same job without your hardware. Is that why you "no longer support" your own products? Regular hardware/software manufacturers putting the squeeze on, hmmm?

I am trying to copy a VHS tape onto a DVD using a secondhand DVC150B and Studio Ver. 9.4 installed on my computer
I can see the video preview OK but there is no sound!
The same if I record anything!
I have installed Studio Ver 8 on a laptop and have the same problem
I have been through Pinnacle's help and checked all of the settings
I have tried installing, re-installing, uninstalling drivers
I have seen similar questions regarding this problem posted at other forums - but no answers or solutions

I have recently bought a dazzle 90 for capturing footage off my xbox. In quickstart studio 9 there are three capturing formats: good, better , and best. If i capturing with best the quality is good but when i play the footage it seems like it is in fast forward and there is nothing i can do about it, same problem with better. If i play with good the framerate and everything is fine but the quality is not so good.If there is anyone that can help me with this problem please do because i am anctious for better quality!!

I bought Digital Video Creator 80 a number of years ago and put the disk in a hard cover. I forgot that the serial number was on the flap of the envelope and threw it out. Now, I have to reinstall this disk and I do not have a Serial Number. Is it possible to get one?

Have Dazzle Digital Video Creator (USB) and need a driver to get it to work on my new pc. Don't know what driver to get. I have all original stuff and I don't know where to find the model, the hardware has a serial tag showing "DVCUSBPV" with my number and no model number. I have the same situation as many other folks here.... I have a Dazzle DVC 90, I upgraded my operating system, and I no longer have the drivers for my device. I can't download them from the website because I don't have my serial number.
I do have a bar code on the bottom of my device, if this helps:

I installed 4.25 in my XP computer but I cannot select PAL it is fixed to NTSC.

I have a new Dell computer and am trying to capture analog 8mm video from an RCA camcorder. When I open MovieStar 5 and slect a device (Fusion), I get a red light on the Video Capture light on the front of the Fusion. Can anyone please tell me what in the heck I'm doing wrong? My dvc-100 is setup correctly, but it is still not capturing any video or audio. DAZZLE 90 USB Output Cable / Pinnacle Studio 9 Firewire Port

Situation:

Dazzle 90 output cable has a USB 2.0 connector to the computer. Pinnacle Studio 9 requires that the video input be through an "IEEE S-1349 Port" (firewire). There is no setting that I can find in Studio 9 that allows video input be through a USB connection.

How can I resolve this product incompatibility?

DAZZLE FUSION WONT CAPTURE

Using XP Sp2 with all dazzle software updates carried out. As soon as I move to the capture screen of Studio8 or even Windows Movie Maker, an orange light shows on the video capture indicator light. I have tried connecting to the dazzle fusion by component (yellow + red audio, yellow video) and s-video, used both USB1 and USB2 ports for pc connection. Nothing works.

Hello. I'm looking for any help anyone can give on getting my Moviestar5 to work with Service Pack 2. I've had no problems with Moviestar5 for 2 years under Service Pack 1, but once I updated to Service Pack 2, it will only let me capture video one time only, then I have to uninstall and reinstall the Moviestar5 software to capture again :( Thank you.

When you register you will not be required to provide a serial number and you'll be logged into their web page with access to all downloadable drivers.

when you try to get drivers..chose the 120 Model...it doesn't ask you for a s/n just valid email 1st last name..etc..then you can move on to ALL drivers..

I've bought Dazzle Fusion, Studio 9+, played with it all to some degree, bought a TV Tuner Card and the whole 9 yards. Now, besides editing and creating nice DV's with the composite cables, how can I use an SVideo cable to enhance the quality of the video (To and from where do I connect it). Take into consideration that I do not have an SVideo port on my VCR, only on the TV Tuner card and the NVidia Graphics card. Please assist, regards Folex.

Pinnacle Studio 9.3 Serial #

I guess I was so irritated at the situation, I forgot to specify that I needed the serial # for the Pinnacle Studio 9.3 software and not to install the hardware. Although I haven't actually used the hardware yet, as far as I know it installed with no problems (Windows XP). I was able to get the serial number for the software from Pinnacle after a couple attempts to reach them with no luck. All I had to do was call their support line. They got all the necessary info, gave me a reference # and told me to fax them with my name, email address, reference # and a copy of the receipt. They faxed me a serial number within the hour. I had read so much about how they weren't helpful to so many people in this situation, but happily I found them to be the total opposite! Thanks....

No audio capturing from VHS with dazzle 150

I have been attempting to capture from VHS using Studio Quickstart 9. I can capture video but no audio. I have checked all the various settings in Windows as suggested in the various forums. aah! Please help! I have installed moviestar 4.22, have downloaded the patches from here http://www.pinnaclesys.com/SupportFiles/Downloads/Driversanddownloadspages/updates_gut.asp to 4.24 but when I open moviestar and try to use it I get the error message "hardware not detected". If I hook exactly the same hardware up to my friends computer it works fine! It says on the box driver download required...am i missing something???

I just purchased a new computer: HP pavilion a706n - 2.3 gig chip, 160 gig hard drive, 512 ram - runs beautifully. I've used MS5 and my Dazzle DCS 200 for two years now, with great results. I digitize with MS5 and burn with MyDVD or DVDit ver 5. All of a sudden the MS5 is having problems and shutting down and if I'm lucky enough to get it to digitize, the burning software is saying the file is an invalid MPEG. What is up? BTW, I had installed XP service pack 2.
